private school athletic leadership today
Wednesday, November 13, 1:00pm central time
The leadership skills required for successful administration of independent/private school athletic programs have grown and become more sophisticated. When ADs struggle, heads find themselves drawn into athletic department conflict but don’t really know how to guide ADs or to evaluate their programs.
Tricia Roos and guest Athletic Director from Pembroke Hill School, Amanda Lehotak, identify the key components for the successful leadership of athletic programs and provide strategies for evaluating them, identifying appropriate leadership, setting goals for existing leaders.
CLIENT TESTIMONIALs:
"We worked with Role Call Consulting for a nation-wide Athletic Director search. Not only did they find us the perfect candidate, but the process- from interviewing constituents, forming an Athletic Task Force, and setting the bar high for athletic and academic standards- was flawless and helped us get on the right track with our athletic program.
-Dr. Michael Pennell - Head of School (Texas)
“I started my journey as the Director of Admissions a year ago and have had Tricia by my side for the past year as my mentor and coach. Holy cow. I did not know what all was involved in admissions and retention and have been so grateful for our partnership. It’s been a lifesaver.”
-Nate Mart - Director of Admissions (Oregon)
